Bonewagon was started in 1999 by Marty Stelnick and Taras Petryk. Hailing from two very different musical disciplines, Bonewagon takes the most modern and innovative digital technologies and gives them a unique, soulful sound.
KB Bradley (guitars)
Hailing from the west coast, KB has literally circled the globe with such bands as Breaker, Big House and Dry. Fueled by his passion for live performance and a stunning collection of rare guitars, KB adds genuine flair to the visual and sound styles of Bonewagon.
Danny Bucko (keyboards, accordion)
A veteran to live performance, Danny has played with countless local bands including Close Avenue, Bootie Smacker, Bucko and the Fatt Man as well as a short stint with his fathers polka band at the age of 10. Self taught on the piano, his vast knowledge of Jazz, Blues, Boogie-Woogie and Funk has been essential to the development and growth of Bonewagon's repertoire.
Taras Petryk (programming, synthesizers)
Taras Petryk represents the electronic vision and polish of Bonewagon's landscape. Active in the Toronto music scene since the early 1990s, Taras started out as a DJ. By 1997 he began his audio engineering education on the job, running countless studio sessions with a wide variety of musical genres, including: Rock, Reggae, R&B, Soca and many styles of electronic crossover.
Jamie Rhoddy (bass)
Replacing estranged Bass legend Lothar Fatt is no simple task. Introducing Jamie Rhoddy, Bassman. Gigs: Bonewagon. Gear: Washburn 6-string, Yamaha 5-string. Other Jobs: Tattoo Artist. Influences: Jaco, Victor Woofen, Kirk Hazel. Years playing: 15. The baddest man on bass.
Evan Ritchie (drums, percussion)
Educator, composer, performer and multi-media developer, Evan bridges the newest technologies with his own voice and precision. Evan has always been drawn to musical extravaganzas. Credited in numerous Musical Theatre productions including The Drowsy Chaperone (1999-2001), Honest Ed "The Bargain Musical" (2001), Inside Ordinary (1997) and Birth (1995-1998), his passion for music, digital technology and theatre is a true embodiment of Bonewagon's spirit.
Marty Stelnick (harmonica, vocals)
Marty Stelnick is the bittersweet voice behind the music. He has been writing and performing professionally for the last twelve years, playing along side some of the worlds finest musicians including Grammy award winner Salome Bey, Deborah Cox, Jackie Richardson, Doug Riley and Open Mike with Mike Bullard's band leader Orin Isaacs.
