Anarchy and anger has seethed to the surface in this latest release from the Northern California (Chico) based Asskickers. The band's third release entitled "Let it Burn" turns a cynical eye on the current quagmire that is American politics, voices the frustrations and anger of the disenfranchised and disillusioned, and still manages to serve up a healthy heaping helping of sex, drugs, and rock and roll.
This five-piece band of seasoned musicians has been playing together now since 2000 and their experience really shows as "Let it Burn" slides easily from punk to metal to country to some un-named sort of music that lies in between all those genres.
So pick yourself up a copy of "Let it Burn" today and experience the mayhem and madness that is the Asskickers.
