I created Healing Disc Vol.1 to promote physical relaxation and peace of mind.
This music was originally developed for young children. To my surprise,I discovered that the same music that works for calming and soothing children works for adults as well - enabling them to enter a relaxed and receptive state of mind.
The Healing Discs are less about music than about setting a mood and enhancing and balancing our lives.
