Tom Cullen attended the BRIT Performing Arts School in London England where he honed his skills as a songwriter/producer and performer. He had songs included on the annual showcase CD and performed at all the music showcases at the School.
Since leaving college Tom Cullen has won battle of the bands with songs he co-wrote in band Pure and had songs included on inventive records dance compilation 'Sounds of the Underground', as reviewed in Mix Mag and Touch magazine. Tom Cullen has also recorded vocal samples for Tekniks sample CD 'Millennium Garage', as reviewed in Sound on Sound.
Tom Cullen's debut album Key2thedoor has received rave reviews, notably from the Sound on Sound unsigned album review panel who highly praised the songwriting and production.
Latest feedback from satisfied customers is that the album sounds a bit like - The Isley Brothers, Basement Jax, Air, Daft Punk, Midnight Funk Association, Prince, The Neptune's, Stevie Wonder and The Specials. As you can see Key2thedoor is eclectic.
