Spawned, mutated, and based out of Southern California, this excellent project was founded by Eric Recourt and Ward Slojkowski as a means to serve as both a "creative vehicle for their disturbed musical visions" and as a "release valve of sorts for all the frustration and anger associated with living in a modern society as someone who doesn't quite fit in."
db9d9 is fully self-sustained and produced, yet produces recordings that vie extremely well with much more expensive, less talented music.
This music is bound to resonate with both the mainstream audience and the dedicated industrial enthusiast.
