As the new millennium began and the world expected a change, the Bronx has relinquished its most powerful MC ever, Ey Phlo (I Flow). Ey Phlo born, as Robert Hill is a Bronx native who has taken hold of music and made it an essential part of his life since early adolescence. Using music to escape the pain of his father's death, Ey Phlo learned how to play the trumpet, baritone and how to read music. Coming from the home where Hip-Hop music was born, being the best MC is one thing this artist strives for. 10 plus years of battling MC's and destroying microphones has given this rapper the skills to flow over any beat his ears hear. Music has become part of him; he eats, drinks, and sleeps Hip-Hop; that's what keeps his style of music above all other artist.

Ey Phlo is a storyteller, a lyricist that brings you into his world, his streets and his life. The Bronx has bred this reporter with what the streets had to offer and he brings it all out in his music. From the tribute to his father "Back In Time" describing the death and his life without his father to "In The Hills There's Darkness" which is the world in Ey Phlo's eyes. With ghetto bangers like "The Heist" and "The Capers" which would keep any thug bouncing and "Stage Shock" which tore down stages in clubs like Winners in Philadelphia and Sir Richards in New Jersey. Ey Phlo has also performed on several public access channels, as well as clubs in New York like Victoria Five, Africa House and The New Savoy. This MC is someone to keep your eyes and ears out for in the future.

Ey Phlo has grown up admiring such artist as KRS-ONE, RUN-DMC, Cold Crush Brothers and the storyteller Slick Rick. His catchy voice and style of word play has made this Boogie Down native a pure gem in an industry that has released more duds than studs. Ey Phlo a freestyle tactician, a lyrical machine over any musical instrument, is now ready to let his talents loose on the world; let's just hope the world is able to take what the MC brings forth. Skills, that's it, that's all and nothing less.
