The 3rd EyE Open is New England's largest Hip Hop festival and this soundtrack features many artists who blessed the stage at the 4th Annual 3rd EyE Open that went down in July of 2003. The Soundtrack features 15 quality Hip Hop songs that all have great content, and most have stimulating messages that remind us of Hip Hop artists like Dead Prez, Talib Kweli, and Mystic. Most of the artists are based in New Bedford, MA and are independent lyricists and producers dedicated to elevating the Hip Hop Culture. Many have gained notoriety around the East Coast such as Lethal Package, Busted Fro's Tem Blessed & Ice, Seven Headed Angel's, Sky King, Ra King, and Ricky Culture, and Betrayl. This CD communicates the inspiration and raw skills of the New England Hip Hop scene and is bangin' from front to back and top to bottom. Proceeds will go to organizing the 5th Annual 3rd EyE Open set to happen in July of 2004 in New Bedford.
