The Low Down Boyz are a group of Hip Hop Rap artists with a Down South flavor that will make you want to get up and just bounce. They bring to the stage over 48 combined years of cultivated talent, which makes up one powerful group of seasoned musicians.

It all started in 1999 when D Smoov after performing met up with 7-Starr General on a military installation. They both began to collaborate on 7-Starr General joining up with D Smoov and his multitalented musical family, which led up to many hard and long hours in the studio making hot tracks for the people to bounce to.

In the year 2000, D Smoov had crossed paths with Hard Head through a family member who introduced him as one of the most talented Hip Hop artist out of the South you will ever meet. D Smoov, 7-Starr General, and the rest of their crew jumped on the versatility and unique style of Hard Head and brought him aboard their squad.

They continued to progress forward releasing an album from a member of their crew. March 2001, a new member by the name of Mejestic was introduced to D Smoov through friends. Mejestic began to write new hot material, which now is on one of the hottest Hip Hop albums that will ever take the music industry by surprise. Late 2001, part of their crew began to move on to other areas of the globe due to military commitments, however, still keeps the family in touch.

D Smoov continued on with his musical career by contacting a well known local independent record label based out of Newport News, VA, who goes by the name of Untamed Records. Baby-D (CEO/President) and Silky Cat (Vice President) collaborated with the remaining members of D Smoov's crew, which consist of D Smoov, 7-Starr General, Hard Head, and Mejestic, which these 4 hot and unique Hip Hop Lyricists make up one creative and intense group called the Low Down Boyz. Each member of the group brings his own delicious taste and flavor to the music scene.

Along with the song entitled “No Worries," “Bounce” and “Ride” are included in the promotional package, which are all radio friendly versions.
