3AM which stands for "3rd Angels Message", is a Tampa, FL based vocal group, that has been leaving audiences spellbound. Known for their acapella talents, their 6 part harmonies leave audiences wanting more every time. Touching all music genres, 3AM is definitely "Not About Time"!
Formed in 1984 by 4 young men from the Tampa Bay area, the group developed its well-deserved reputation, by singing in churches and schools. Various personnel changes have brought the group to it's current membership: Roger Mike, Edward Jones, Jamal Gosin, Roy Sadler, Jeff Henderson and Kelvin Mitchell. Their look is crystal clean and contemporary, and they all share a strong commitment to their families, community, and God.
With their pre-release, "Its Later Than You Think", they have had the pleasure of working with producer Dana Reed (CeCe Winans, Virture, Angela and Veronica, Disney - JB Music Studios Nashville). Currently working on the full length album, one of the new tracks includes a collaboration with Comtemporary Jazz Keyboardist Allon Sams (Peter White, Boney James, David Sanborn, Doug Cameron and Gabriela Anders, Montell Jordan) on "You Remain The Same". With the talent and experience 3AM brings to their ministry, there is no limit to what these guys can do.
With Newcomer Producer Steve Wilson (www.black-speed.com) in the primary production seat, the album is sure to be diverse, cutting edge. The perfect marriage between Acappella, and Instrumentation. With music or without, 3AM has a rich sound, uncategorized by male groups before them.
