Born in the Dominican Repúblic in a humble but loving home.. Since my childhood I had two great goals: to become a medical doctor and to be a singer. I attended to the University of Santo Domingo where I graduated with the degree Doctor in medicine.Since I had dedicated myself completely to accomplish this goal, I had forgotten about my otrer goal, which was to sing.
In 1993, I moved to the United States leaving behing my family, my career, my friends, and my pacients. I started to feel lonely and sad.
I had always believed in God, but during those rough times, I really needed Him, so I began to get closer to Him, making Him my loyal friend, my refuge and my strenght , my companion and my counselor, my protector and the one that held me up when I was about to fall.
My relationship with God became stronger and so on Noviembre 7, 1993 I accepted Jesus as my Lord and only Savior. It was then when I prayed to the Lord and told Him that I wanted to write songs and sing for Him. The Lord heard my prayer and the next day, I wrote my first song. Today I had composed over 110 songs to worship and praise the name of the Lord. 10 of those songs are included in this album.

Desde muy pequeña tenÃa dos grandes metas: ser medico y cantante. Fuà a la Universidad Autónoma de Santo Domingo donde adqurà el tÃtulo de Doctora en Medicina. Dedicada por completo a lograr esa meta habÃa olvidado mi otra meta -cantar.En 1993 vine a residir a los Estados Unidos dejando atrás mi familia, mi carrera, mis amigos y mis pacientes . Comenze a sentirme sola y triste. Yo que desde niña habÃa sido muy creyente en Dios, ahora más, me refugiaba en El considerándole mi amigo,mi compañero, mi consolador, mi refugio, el que me levantaba cuando estaba a punto de caer. En Nov.7, 1993, acepte a Jesus como mi Señor y mi único salvador. Entonces ore al padre y le dije que yo querÃa escrbir y cantar para El . El escuchó mi oración y al siguiente dia yo escribà mi primera canción para alabar y glorificar el nombre de Jesus. Hoy dia yo he escrito más de 110 canciones para la gloria y honra de mi Señor y Salvador Jesucristo. 10 de estas canciones estan incluidas en este album
