Andy Toomey AKA AndyT13 is a singer/songwriter and multi-instrumentalist in New York City. This is the first CD from the band that he performed with on and off between 1995 and 2005. Primarily inspired by a turbulent relationship with a heroin addict (now dead) and his addition to unattainable and unavailable women.
