Another Band was formed in 1998 by Josh Westfal on guitar and Andy Kaye on keyboards. In '99 they released a self-produced, experimental CD titled "55."
The band played shows around the New York area for a few years. In 2002, the band grew to include Steve Stapleton on bass and Jason Young on drums. In July of 2002 the new line up went into the studio, with Josh and Jason producing, and a month later emerged with this brilliant record known as "Turned On."
