Atomic Mint's debut release hosts a sparkling range of variety.
Melodic rap, catchy electric guitar riffs, acoustic rock, and solid grooves are all a part of the program. Still these songs are bound together with the quirky, playful Atomic Mint signature sound. "We want our fans to relate to us in a bigger way, rather than through one narrow musical style." said Brianna Wanlass, front woman, guitarist and chief songwriter of the band.
The Mint worked very hard to independently produce these 11 original tracks at Brianna's Los Altos home. Atomic Mint won "Best Song" at www.pcrecording.com in 2000 with a composition entitled "Picnic". The contest judges at pcrecording.com explained their decision by saying, "Raw, clean and tight, this song simply rocked."
