Hi! Here is a little explanation about who I am…
I have loved music for as long as I can remember, but sometime in my early teens, music began to seriously take hold of me. I fell in love with the guitar and with writing and started writing songs when I was about 16.
I recorded my first album in the Last Frontier: (Anchorage), Alaska. Thanks to a lot of very gracious and hard working people, "Contemplate" was completed in late fall of 2001. So far it has been well received and seemingly, by many different types of audiences and listeners. This of course makes me absolutely joyful!
Originally I am from Oregon's Willamette Valley, but I am now living in the Los Angeles area where I am studying music and film. As of late I have been working on promoting my album, "Contemplate." I am also writing quite a bit these days and am looking forward to recording again this summer.
I feel that music is a form of expression that holds something different for everyone. Each artist and each song gives something unique to each listener as well as to the performer. My hope is that perhaps you will find meaning for you inside the music I create. I feel like I have gained so much from music and it has become such an important part of my life. One of the reasons I play and write is because I want to give something back to this great cycle of give and receive. I sincerely hope that you will take what you can from it.
