13 CATS is a rockabilly super group featuring SLIM JIM PHANTOM (The Stray Cats) on Drums, TIM POLECAT (The Polecats) Vocals , SMUTTY SMITH (Rockats/Havalinas) on stand-up bass and DANNY B HARVEY(Rockats) on guitar.
