Anna Means works as a reporter in a small town in central Idaho. Before that she was a cook for exploratory geology camps. This CD is about her adventures as a cook. You wouldn't think there was much happening between meals, but in the Alaskan bush (mostly the Aleutians) there's always something...playing croquet in the surf during storms, 600 native souls jinxing drilling operations, the paralysis of bearanoia, gales visiting, etc. Even the humdrum days have an element of humor.
