I do my best to live by the saying “Follow your heart.†This simple truth is one of the greatest ways for me to live a life that resonates deeply. I’ve noticed when I follow my heart, life takes on a seemingly effortless flow. There is work involved, but since the heart is leading the way, it has a fun, joyous quality to it. More is possible; opportunities and people show up to help make the hearts desires come alive. Following our hearts is one of the oldest ways of realizing our dreams, because the heart has a wisdom the mind cannot begin to understand. It helps us live our lives in alignment with our deepest truth. When we come back to one of the ancient truths of living from a heart-centered place, we help heal ourselves and the world.
I made a conscious choice to open my heart back up after some major incidents caused me to close it off. It has been quite a journey; shedding fear and letting love flow more freely to me and through me. The more I open my heart, the more life opens to me. I choose to be of service to people who are ready to utilize the wisdom of their hearts to heal and live lives they love. Life is waiting to shower so much upon us, and we can experience it by listening to and following our hearts.
